BVIM integrates personality development into its curriculum and extracurriculars through expert-led workshops, soft-skill training, active student clubs, role-based learning, and exposure via guest lectures. This holistic approach ensures students are not just academically prepared, but also mentally and emotionally equipped for leadership roles.
Workshops & Guest Lectures: Regular one-day sessions on stress and time management, led both by faculty and industry experts.
Soft-skills Training: The Placement Cell runs intensive programs—with certified trainers—covering communication, grooming, interviews, group discussions, emotional intelligence, body language, goal-setting, and stress management.
Classroom Activities: Soft-skill practice is embedded in the curriculum, including mock interviews, role-plays, group discussions, case studies, and spoken-English sessions.
Clubs & Student Initiatives: The institute encourages clubs focusing on personality enhancement and entrepreneurship, conducting activities such as management games, meditation, adventure tours, and thematic tests

2nd Year: Intense placement preparation including mock interviews, group discussions, guest lectures, and advanced modules in grooming and emotional intelligence.
